Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• Experience in quality engineering, operational excellence, or compliance within critical infrastructure.
• Understanding of operational data, reporting tools, dashboards and change-management processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a quality-management framework for data center operations.
• Monitor compliance with procedures, standards and internal policies.
• Lead internal audits, risk reviews and incident investigations.
• Coordinate corrective actions and lessons learned across teams.
