DAMAC Digital is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a mission-critical data center facility in Lohja. You will drive safe, reliable, and efficient site performance while meeting customer SLAs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Certifications in Data Center Operations or related fields are advantageous.
• Experience in data center operations or critical facilities with 24x7 uptime requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead all day-to-day data center operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient site performance.
• Maintain operational readiness of critical infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, security, and monitoring systems.
• Ensure compliance with customer SLAs, operational procedures, statutory requirements, and internal standards.
• Lead incident, change, problem, and risk management processes across the facility.
• Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and asset performance.
• Oversee operational monitoring and reporting through DCIM, BMS, EPMS, CAFM/CMMS, and business intelligence platforms.
• Manage critical incidents, escalations, and recovery activities within a 24x7 operational environment.
• Lead site operational teams, contractors, and service partners to achieve performance, safety, and reliability objectives.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements.
• Develop operational KPIs, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Collaborate with customer, engineering, construction, security, HSE, and vendor teams to support business objectives and future growth.
