Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data center construction and fit-out projects.

• Oversee installation of electrical, mechanical, cooling, containment, and power distribution systems.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure delivery.
• Lead QA, site inspections, and commissioning to meet reliability standards.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and standardized delivery processes.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical data center infrastructure projects across Finland. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through construction, commissioning, and final handover.

The successful candidate will manage large-scale greenfield developments as well as live data center fit-out projects, ensuring every project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data center construction and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate project activities across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Oversee the installation of critical infrastructure including electrical, mechanical, cooling, containment, and power distribution systems.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead quality assurance, site inspections, and commissioning activities to meet operational and reliability standards.
• Ensure all health, safety, and compliance requirements are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and standardized project delivery processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience within mission-critical environments such as data centers, critical infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, or semiconductor facilities.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, power distribution, cooling technologies, structured cabling, and commissioning processes.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required across project sites.
