Job summary

Edison Smart® is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical data center infrastructure projects across Finland. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in mission-critical environments.
• Experience with data centers, critical infrastructure, or similar facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data center construction and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate activities across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Act as the primary contact between internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Oversee installation of electrical, mechanical, cooling, containment, and power distribution systems.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure delivery.
• Lead QA, site inspections, and commissioning to meet reliability standards.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and standardized delivery processes.
