Job summary

Kiilto seeks a Data & AI Architect to build the foundation behind a major transformation. You will shape the data architecture, connect One ERP with master data and other systems, and enable AI, analytics and future digital services across Kiilto.

Based in Finland with hybrid work options and some travel, you will translate business needs into scalable Data & AI solutions, set governance principles and guide multi-platform choices across Azure, Foundry, Fabric and Power Platform.

Qualifications

Experience in data architecture (TOGAF) or enterprise analytics.
Understanding of modern cloud data technologies (Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks).
Knowledge of AI architecture including generative AI and AI agents.
Experience with data governance, master data and data quality.
Ability to tie technology decisions to business outcomes.
Willingness to challenge existing solutions and simplify complex environments.
Strong communication and fluent English; Finnish/Swedish a plus.

Responsibilities

Shape Kiilto's Data & AI architecture and roadmap.
Build the data foundation for AI, analytics and future digital services.
Connect One ERP, master data and other business systems into a coherent data landscape.
Turn business opportunities into scalable Data & AI solutions.
Help make AI real, from Copilot and AI agents to more advanced AI solutions.
Set the principles for data ownership, quality, security and responsible AI.
Guide technology choices across platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Foundry, Fabric and Power Platform.
Work with business teams, architects, developers and partners to turn the architecture into reality.
