Kiilto seeks a Data & AI Architect to build the foundation behind a major transformation. You will shape the data architecture, connect One ERP with master data and other systems, and enable AI, analytics and future digital services across Kiilto.
Based in Finland with hybrid work options and some travel, you will translate business needs into scalable Data & AI solutions, set governance principles and guide multi-platform choices across Azure, Foundry, Fabric and Power Platform.
What if your next Data & AI architecture wasn't another PowerPoint, but something you could actually build and own?
Kiilto is entering a major transformation. We are harmonizing our processes, building One ERP and accelerating the use of data and AI across the company. Now we are looking for a Data & AI Architect who wants to help build the foundation behind it.
This is not a role where you maintain an architecture someone else designed. You will have a real opportunity to shape it. You will work across business, data, applications and technology to make sure our data can be trusted, shared and increasingly used by reporting & analytics, AI, Copilot and AI agents. The role is part of the Business Technology Office (BTO) and reports to the CIO.
The role is based in Lempäälä, Turku, Helsinki or another suitable Kiilto location, with the possibility for hybrid work and occasional travel to Kiilto locations.
You do not need to know everything. We value curiosity, sound architectural thinking and the ability to learn as much as an impressive list of technologies.
This is a chance to build, not just advise. You will make architectural decisions and see them become real, working at enterprise scale to connect One ERP, data, analytics and AI across Kiilto. We want AI to be useful, so our focus is on solutions that create measurable business value, not technology demonstrations. Many of the choices are still ahead of us, and you will have the opportunity to shape them.
At Kiilto, you get to work in an environment that is a fascinating combination of a growing international and down-to-earth family business. Our employees appreciate our long-term approach, open and transparent company culture, Kiilto's team spirit and versatile opportunities to learn new things and grow together with the company. We encourage our employees to bring their ideas forward and develop in our own innovation and training programs. We are particularly proud of the recognitions we have received for our contributions to well-being at work: we have been chosen twice as the most active workplace in Finland.
For further details, please contact Marko Kainulainen, CIO, marko.kainulainen@kiilto.com.
We operate in compliance with Kiilto's recruitment process and treat all communications related to the posting with absolute confidentiality. We ask applicants to reserve 19 November for a possible interview at our office in Lempäälä. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the EU/EEA. The selected candidate will need to pass a health check, which includes drug testing.
