Job summary

ABB Netcontrol in Helsinki seeks an experienced Cyber Security Lead Engineer to drive security across RTU and SCADA products, lead a team, and report to the Deputy Integration Leader. The role is hybrid, based in Finland, with a focus on CRA compliance and IEC 62443 certifications.

You will help develop test systems and shape the CS Technology and Product Roadmap, while taking on team leadership responsibilities to advance secure engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a Cyber Security role, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Ability to lead and drive process changes with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Finnish language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage long-term R&D activities related to Cyber Security for RTU and SCADA products.
• Lead process development for CRA compliance and IEC 62443-4-1 and -4-2 certification.
• Support test system development to incorporate CS aspects.
• Contribute to the Technology and Product Roadmap for CS features.
• Act as team leader.
