Job summary

Communardo Finland is seeking an Atlassian Consultant to own and develop the Atlassian landscape for key customers across Finland. You’ll drive Jira/JSM projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor a growing team of consultants.

Based in Hämeenlinna, Helsinki, Turku, or Tampere, you’ll combine technical expertise with business process understanding, lead migrations, and promote best practices within our Atlassian community.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Atlassian solutions, especially Jira and Jira Service Management.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with business processes and understanding.
• Experience leading projects and working closely with customers and stakeholders.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust and share knowledge.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

About The Role

• Act as the technical owner and primary point of contact for our key customers' Atlassian environments. You will be responsible for the overall Atlassian landscape of your assigned accounts, including project deliveries and the continuous development of the platform.
• Drive development initiatives in close collaboration with customer stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement, and help organizations adopt efficient and consistent ways of working.
• In addition to strategic responsibilities, you will actively participate in project deliveries and development initiatives.
• Plan and lead Jira, Jira Service Management, Assets, and migration projects, while also serving as a role model and trusted advisor for our consulting team.
• Mentor junior consultants, develop Atlassian-related competencies across the organization, and establishing and promote best practices within our Atlassian community.

Your Profile

• Solid experience working with Atlassian solutions, particularly Jira and Jira Service Management
• A strong ability to combine technical expertise with business and process understanding
• Experience leading projects and working closely with customers and stakeholders
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement
