Job summary

SilverBack is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a major Finland-based project. The role focuses on CSA and cladding works, with responsibility for safety, quality, and timely delivery across a large-scale site.

You will lead labour, materials, and subcontractors, read drawings, and coordinate with clients to maintain programme milestones. European travel is expected for project coverage and collaboration.

Job description

SilverBack is recruiting an experienced Site Manager with a strong CSA and cladding background for a major construction project in Finland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering projects safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety compliance across all site activities.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors.
• Deliver CSA and cladding works in line with drawings, specifications, and programme.
• Monitor progress and provide regular site reports.
• Maintain quality standards and site documentation.
• Chair site meetings and liaise with clients and project teams.
• Monitor costs, identify variations, and support commercial objectives.
• Promote a positive safety culture and lead by example.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager with a CSA and cladding background.
• Proven experience managing cladding installation on large-scale commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of cladding systems, façade installation, and construction best practices.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence.
• Willingness to work on projects across Europe.
