Job summary

SilverBack is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a major Finland-based project. The role focuses on CSA and cladding works, with responsibility for safety, quality, and timely delivery across a large-scale site.

You will lead labour, materials, and subcontractors, read drawings, and coordinate with clients to maintain programme milestones. European travel is expected for project coverage and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Leadership capabilities with site team oversight.
• CSA and cladding background essential for project delivery.
• Experience with cladding installation on large-scale projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication with clients and project teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety compliance across site activities.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors.
• Deliver CSA and cladding works per drawings, specs and programme.
• Monitor progress and provide regular site reports.
• Maintain quality standards and site documentation.
• Chair site meetings and liaise with clients and project teams.
• Monitor costs, identify variations and support commercial objectives.
• Promote a positive safety culture and lead by example.
