Job summary

An engineering firm in Espoo is seeking an experienced Site Manager for civil and structural projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 7 years of industry experience, particularly in general fit-out management. You will be responsible for project coordination, scheduling, and overseeing day-to-day operations, with excellent compensation including salary and bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of CSA industry experience.
• Strong background in managing general fit-out.
• Experience in delivering large-scale MEP projects.
• Experience delivering large-scale MEP projects and managing teams.

Job description

• Manage the co-ordination of the Civil and Structural work package. This particular role will look after the general fit-out.
• Management of Site QA in conjunction with the project team.
• Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and consulting Engineer/Architects etc.
• Management of all day to day site operations
• Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Carrying out weekly meetings with sub-contractor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar essential
• At least 7 years of CSA industry experience.
• Strong background in managing general fit-out is essential.
• Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
• Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.
• Experience in effectively managing teams is essential.
• Experience in the delivery of large-scale MEP project
