Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Espoo is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the co-ordination of Civil and Structural work packages, ensuring effective project delivery and operations management. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of CSA industry experience and a strong background in managing general fit-out projects. Excellent financial package including salary, bonus, and accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CSA industry experience.
• Strong background in managing general fit-out.
• Experience in scheduling and programming.
• Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.
• Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.
• Experience in effectively managing teams is essential.
• Experience in the delivery of large-scale MEP project

Responsibilities

• Manage the co-ordination of the Civil and Structural work package.
• Management of Site QA with the project team.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations.
• Manage all day-to-day site operations.
• Manage sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower; carry out weekly meetings with sub-contractors.

Job description

• Manage the co-ordination of the Civil and Structural work package. This particular role will look after the general fit-out.
• Management of Site QA in conjunction with the project team.
• Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and consulting Engineer/Architects etc.
• Management of all day to day site operations
• Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Carrying out weekly meetings with sub-contractor.
