Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a CSA Lead to oversee civil, structural, and architectural aspects of construction projects during design, procurement and execution. The on-site role requires coordinating engineers, architects, schedulers and contractors to deliver outcomes that meet specifications and safety standards.

You will chair client meetings, report weekly to the Project Director on scope, budget and schedule, manage risk and QA processes, and drive coordination with the client,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in CSA roles, particularly in critical environments.
• Genuine lead profile with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of CSA design principles and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review CSA design documents and approve them.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, schedulers and contractors on CSA packages.
