Job summary

SEB Kort Group is seeking a Manager for the CRM Application Development team to lead a critical transformation, shaping CRM capabilities across markets. You will oversee CRM Developers, Java Developers and Business experts in Germany and Sweden, ensuring robust IT asset ownership and modern engineering practices.

The role reports to Head of Channels & CRM Engineering and requires strong change leadership, stakeholder management and a business-oriented technical mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience leading through change and ambiguity in a tech environment.
• Strong stakeholder management across organisations and cultures.
• Solid technical understanding with a business mindset.
• Experience with CRM applications, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a CRM Development team of ~15 people across agile teams.
• Cross-geography responsibility with staff in Sweden and Germany.
• Ensure ownership of IT assets connected to CRM capabilities and lifecycle management.
• Promote modern engineering practices aligned with SEB ways of working.
• Represent IT assets within the CRM domain of SEB Kort Card group.
