Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics is opening a new store in Kouvola, Finland, and seeks a Rituals Advisor who creates magical customer experiences and thrives in teamwork. You will help customers find products that suit their needs and be the brand ambassador in-store.

Join enthusiastic colleagues to achieve store goals, maintain standards, and learn about our product range through global training programs. Availability for 0-10 hours per week, start by agreement; English and Finnish language skills required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience from a similar position in retail or customer service.

• Excellent language skills in both Finnish and English.

As a new Rituals Advisor, you are passionate about creating successful customer experiences and teamwork. Every Rituals customer is unique. With your expertise and skills, you help customers find the products that suit their needs.

In addition:

• You work in close cooperation with your colleagues to achieve your own and the store's goals.
• You enjoy customer service, chatting with customers and providing the best possible customer experience for every customer.
• You keep the store clean and tidy according to company standards, so that products are always displayed according to Rituals' standards and visual merchandising.
• You follow the store's safety instructions.
