Job summary

Crystal Air Limited is seeking a Copper Pipe Installer to install copper pipework for air-conditioning systems on large-scale commercial projects. You will read isometric drawings, measure and cut pipes, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards while maintaining timely delivery.

Full training will be provided, and opportunities to work in other countries within the Mitsubishi Electric Group may be available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in copper pipe installation.
• No formal qualification required.
• Experience with commercial/industrial installations preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The RoleCarry out installation of copper pipework of new Air-Conditioning systems.Ensure all works are delivered on time as Per Time Task Allocation.Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and quality.To be proactive and client focused in delivery of all works.Always represent the company in a competent and professional manner. Skills & ExperienceCopper BrazingCopper pipe bending skillsCompetent in reading piping schematics and drawings.Measuring and cutting pipes to the required length, using hand and power bending tools.Installing and connecting pipes and components according to the design specifications and safety standards.Previous experience as a Copper Pipe Installer on large-scale commercial or industrial projectsTo be successful as a pipefitter, you need to have a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. You should also be able to work independently or as part of a team, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing work environments and conditions.Prior experience in knowledge of refrigeration pipework and purging avoiding oxidisation is an advantage but not a requirement. Full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.Prior experience in knowledge of Reading and interpreting, Isometric drawings and Mechanical Drawings specifications to determine the layout, sequence, and location of piping systems is an advantage but not a requirement. Full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.Prior experience in knowledge of Performing leak tests, pressure tests, and other quality control checks to ensure that the piping systems is free from leaks and are functioning correctly and efficiently is an advantage but not a requirement. Full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.Prior experience in knowledge of Mitsubishi, Daikin, Panasonic or Toshiba Air Conditioning Systems is an advantage but not a requirement.
