Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field AND proven years of experience in Commercial / Contractual Construction Role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field AND proven years of experience in Commercial / Contractual Construction Role

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement planning and sourcing strategies to support project delivery, budget, and schedule objectives.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
• Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and performance to ensure alignment with business and project goals.
• Lead the negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts, applying industry best practices and Microsoft contracting requirements.
• Oversee contract performance, including supplier compliance, changes, claims, notices, and corrective actions as the contract subject matter expert.
• Drive project execution by ensuring goods and services are delivered on time, within specification, and with effective risk management.
• Champion continuous improvement through process simplification, automation, data analytics, and adoption of digital procurement tools.
