Job summary

EY Helsinki is offering a 5-6 month traineeship starting January 2027. You will gain insight into the consulting life, work on real projects, and support proposal preparation, data analysis, client meetings and workshops.

The role helps you develop project management, presentation and communication skills using Excel and PowerPoint. Successful applicants will join EY’s multidisciplinary consulting teams across Business, Technology, People, Risk and FSO practices.

Qualifications

• Graduates or soon-to-be graduates in economics, social sciences, humanities, mathematics, statistics, advanced analytics, computer science, information systems, engineering, accounting, business analytics, or a similar field.
• You are preferably soon finalizing your Master’s degree or have already graduated.
• Good skills in MS Office; other technical skills (programming languages, analytics tools etc.) are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• As a trainee, your daily tasks will vary depending on your team and projects.
• You may contribute to preparing proposals and client materials, analysing data, supporting client meetings and workshops, and assisting with project management activities.
• You will develop your project management, presentation, communication, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• If you have advanced technical skills, you may also work with data analytics, cybersecurity, or SAP.
