Job summary

AJ Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to deliver large-scale data centre projects in Finland, overseeing planning to commissioning and ensuring safety, budget, and schedule adherence.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and manage fast-track programs while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships; travel across Europe is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage fast-track projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel or relocate across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Drive programme schedules, cost control, and procurement activities
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety and quality standards
• Lead site teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues effectively
• Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership

The Role

As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale data centre projects, overseeing all phases from planning through to commissioning. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
