Job description

We are seeking a responsible coordinator for community work to support home-dwelling elderly people with welfare, participation and meaningful everyday life. The role includes planning and coordinating open activities, guiding volunteers, customer service, and collaboration with staff and partners.

The position is part-time (80% of full-time until 31 Dec 2026, then at least 64%), mostly on-site during weekdays, with some flexibility for events. We follow the Social Welfare Organizations Collective Agreement, pay starting at 2075.78 €/mo at 80% and 1695.49 €/mo at 64%, with paid lunch break and access to healthcare during working hours.
