Job summary

Folkhälsan Välfärd Ab in Helsinki seeks an activity leader for the Senior Home in Arabiastranden. This part-time permanent role (80%) has a 6-hour daily shift and starts September 2026.

The main task is to create a meaningful daily life for residents, many with memory disorders requiring care and support. You will plan, organize, and implement activities based on residents’ wishes and conditions, while contributing to care work within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience in elder care or similar tasks is an advantage.
• Working language is Swedish, but fluent Swedish is not required.
