Job summary

Merima in Helsinki is seeking a Communications Specialist to translate strategy, culture and business priorities into clear stories that resonate inside and outside the company. You will work with the Executive Team, HR, Sales & Marketing and cross-functional colleagues to bring projects to life, interview colleagues, and shape messaging for internal channels and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop company-wide internal communication channels.
• Create, edit and publish clear and engaging internal content.
• Identify external communication opportunities and turn them into compelling content.
• Support announcements, media communications and branding consistency.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to ensure aligned storytelling.
