Job summary

Elusav Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Commissioning Administrator to support a large-scale data centre project near Helsinki, Finland.

You will manage commissioning documentation, trackers and databases, and prepare progress reports for the commissioning team. You will work closely with Commissioning Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and project teams to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or project support role, ideally in construction or engineering.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience maintaining spreadsheets, trackers and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the commissioning team.
• Maintain and update commissioning documentation, registers, databases and tracking systems.
• Manage commissioning asset trackers, equipment lists, tagging registers and test documentation.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of commissioning progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Track commissioning activities, outstanding documentation, approvals and completed test records.
• Ensure documentation is filed and maintained in line with project requirements.
• Support management of test scripts, checklists, certificates and technical documentation.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather and update information.
• Assist in organising meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-ups.
• Support compilation of handover packages and close-out documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and identify missing documentation.
• Support use of project document management systems and reporting tools.
