Job summary

Winthrop Technologies is seeking a Commercial Administrator to join the on-site project team in Vaasa, Finland. You will support the commercial team of quantity surveyors with administration, document control, and coordination to keep project information accurate and progressed on time.

The role is on-site five days per week in Vaasa, offering long-term career progression within a market-leading data centre construction company and competitive salary packages.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in administration (construction, engineering, finance or similar preferred).
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential).
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

We are currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to join our on‑site project team in Finland.
