Are you the expert at your workplace that others turn to for help? Would you like to use your expertise to develop an entire team of specialists?

We are now looking for a Coaching System Specialist experienced in EBO or other automation systems for our growing team in Helsinki.

Role

In our building automation business, 45 system specialists work nationwide. At JIS, we always keep the bar high and do our work perfectly. To succeed in this in the best possible way, we employ coaching system specialists, or JIS-Coaches, whose task is to provide coaching support to other system specialists in their daily lives.

System specialists are responsible for preparing connection drawings of automation systems, defining valves, logic and user interface programming, commissioning tests, guiding end users and designing system architecture.

As a JIS-Coach, you will act as an experienced expert supporting our system specialists. You will help them develop by providing guidance in working methods, technologies, and tools. You will also participate in technical investigations and tool development.

We enjoy being together and want to see each other daily. Therefore, we do on-site work at our office in Konala, and as a coach, you are also expected to coach our system specialists live.

About You

• You have a strong understanding of automation system wholes and want to share your expertise with others. You have likely always been the person in the work group that others come to for help and enjoy helping others succeed. You get energy from seeing others realize and develop.
• You are curious and development-oriented, and you embrace new ways of operating and technologies without prejudice. Thanks to your good interaction and cooperation skills, you build trust around you and get people involved with your inspiring approach.
• You have enough experience in the field to act as a coach for specialists, and we hope for at least three years of experience with EBO or other building automation systems. Our working language is Finnish, which we hope you master excellently.
