The role involves acting as a JIS Coach, providing coaching and support to system specialists in automation projects, including assisting with work methods, technologies, and tools. You will participate in technical investigations and tool development, and you will coach on-site at our Konala office. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of automation systems as a whole and enjoys helping others succeed. You should be curious, collaborative, and proactive about adopting new practices and technologies, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. We expect several years of experience in the field of building automation systems and a strong command of Finnish as the working language. The role is hands‑on with no direct reports, focusing on development, guidance, and daily operations.
