Qualifications

• Several years of IT Architecture experience in senior roles.
• Strong cloud, security and AI knowledge.
• Excellent communication in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Staria's target architecture and long-term IT roadmap.
• Translate business goals into practical technology initiatives.
• Drive IT development projects, modernizations, and migrations.
• Evaluate technology choices with security, cost, scalability criteria.
• Define and govern cloud-first environment and cybersecurity.
• Provide guidance to IT specialists with standards and direction.
• Explore emerging technologies including AI opportunities.
• Hands-on contribution to implementation when needed.
