Job summary

AIATELLA, a Helsinki-based medical AI company, seeks a Clinical Research Assistant to support our clinical team across research, grant work and project management. You will work directly with our CEO and Clinical Operations Manager, liaising with investigators and hospital teams.

This role offers real ownership in a growing company, hybrid work from our Helsinki office, and involvement in studies heading toward regulatory submission across global territories. English is the working language.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting a live clinical study across recruitment, data collection or coordination.
• GCP knowledge and understanding of running research at a clinical site.
• Strong written English and professional communication with clinicians and partners.
• Genuinely organized with ability to manage multiple threads and records.
• Comfortable working in a small team where priorities shift.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of multi-site clinical studies, including site comms and tracking.
• Maintain study documentation to GCP standards and assist data entry/quality checks in EDC.
• Assist with ethics and regulatory submissions and follow-up correspondence.
• Contribute to grant applications and reporting: drafting, budgeting, deadlines.
• Support manuscript, abstract and conference material preparation.
• Keep projects moving with agendas, minutes and action tracking.
• Conduct literature searches to support clinical, regulatory and commercial work.
