Qualifications

• Extensive experience in CSA roles, preferably in mission critical environments such as data centres, pharma, or similar.
• Genuine Lead profile with 12+ years of experience.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of CSA design principles and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CSA design, coordination with engineers, architects, schedulers and stakeholders.
• Review and approve CSA design documents and risk assessments.
• Manage contractors, vendors and subcontractors; lead client meetings and reporting.
• Coordinate with Client, Professional Team and Contractor to monitor processes and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with specs, safety standards, and handover procedures.
