About the Role
We are seeking experienced CSA Package Managers to join our growing data centre and critical infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery, coordination and execution of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) package across complex data centre projects from pre-construction and design through to completion and handover.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on technically demanding, high-value projects within the rapidly expanding European data centre sector, collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, specialist subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of the CSA package across data centre projects from design through to construction and handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.
- Coordinate civil, structural and architectural works and manage interfaces with MEP, electrical, security and other specialist systems.
- Coordinate with design consultants, main contractors, specialist subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure effective delivery and resolution of technical and construction issues.
- Review and coordinate drawings, specifications, calculations, technical submissions, RFIs, design changes and contractor proposals.
- Monitor CSA progress against project programmes, milestones and key deliverables, identifying risks and taking appropriate action to maintain programme.
- Review construction methodologies, sequencing, logistics, temporary works proposals and buildability considerations where applicable.
- Lead and attend technical, coordination and progress meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor the quality and compliance of CSA installations through regular site inspections, ensuring works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, standards and project requirements.
- Support project risk management, programme constraints, commercial considerations, variations and change control in conjunction with project management and commercial teams.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, snagging, commissioning support and final handover of the CSA package.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, standards, health and safety requirements and project-specific specifications.
- Contribute to design reviews, constructability assessments, value-engineering exercises and lessons-learned activities.
- Maintain high standards of technical quality, health and safety and construction best practice throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Ideally a degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline - dependant on experience.
- 7+ years of industry experience, with a proven track record delivering Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, coordination, buildability and site delivery, with a good understanding of civil, structural and architectural construction methods and interfaces.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary design teams, main contractors and specialist subcontractors.
- Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, technical submissions, RFIs and construction documentation, with a strong understanding of construction quality and inspection requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and package deliverables within demanding project programmes.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify technical and construction risks and drive issues through to resolution.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements and construction best practice.
- Experience working on fast-paced, high-value projects with demanding programme, quality and delivery requirements.
- Proficient with relevant project management, document control and CAD/BIM platforms.
This role typically operates on a rotational basis - and successful applicants will have their travel costs covered and be provided with a single-occupancy apartment with all utilities included during their time away, as well as an additional living-away-from-home subsistence allowance on top of their salary
