One of my clients is currently looking for a CSA Lead to join their team on a permanent basis, supporting a major data centre project in Finland.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established main contractor delivering large-scale, technically complex projects across a number of European locations. Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are looking to strengthen their team.

You will work closely with project leadership, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of civil works, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, programme performance, and compliance with project specifications and local regulations.

Positions: CSA Lead

Locations: Finland

Start Date: ASAP - Immediate start

Salary: Annual salary + Excellent package (accommodation, flights, car etc.)

Requirements:

• Strong civil construction background within the construction industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• CSA Experience within the data centre industry
• EU Passport is essential
