Job summary

Davidsson Tarkela Siren Arkkitehdit Oy, based in the heart of Helsinki’s Kasarmitori area, seeks an experienced architect to strengthen our renovation team, including basic renovation projects and sports facilities.

In this role you will act as chief designer or project manager across all design phases, driving design forward, coordinating with clients and partners, and helping develop our office's expertise in renovating protected sites.

Qualifications

• University-level architecture degree and experience in a responsible design role in demanding projects.
• Prerequisites to act as chief designer in exceptionally demanding sites.
• Fluent Finnish language skills; experience in renovation, especially on protected sites (valued).

Responsibilities

• Lead design in all phases as chief designer or project manager.
• Drive design forward and coordinate with parties to move projects ahead.
• Develop the office's expertise in renovation and basic renovation construction.

Skills

Experience in responsible design role

Ability to act as chief designer

Fluent Finnish language skills

Education
