Job summary

Clarion Hotel Mestari is seeking a Chef to join our Kitchen Team and deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests. You’ll prepare high-quality dishes, contribute to menu development, and ensure food is plated beautifully. This is a temporary role for 80 hours over 3 weeks, with a start date of 28.9.2026 and end date 10.1.2027.

Shifts include evenings and weekends; breakfast shifts are a plus. Previous culinary education or kitchen experience is valued, along with flexibility and strong

As a part of our Kitchen Team you help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our culinary staff, you'll be preparing delicious, high-quality dishes, contributing to menu development, and ensuring food is presented at its best.

• Preparing dishes in accordance with the procedures, routines and profitability goals that have been established.
• Daily mise en place for a la carte and dinner.
• Keep good communication with the immediate manager and the rest of the team.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

This is a temporary position for 80 hours / 3 weeks with a start date of 28.9.2026 and ending 10.1.2027. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. The ability to work breakfast shifts would be an advantage.
