Job summary

Comfort Hotel Espoo is seeking two passionate Breakfast and Lunch Chefs to strengthen our kitchen team. One position is for 90 hours / 3 weeks and the other 60 hours / 3 weeks.

The role covers breakfast and lunch service, and occasional events during evenings, with morning shifts starting as early as 5:30 am and weekend work. You will plan daily lunch menus with the Sous Chef, handle ordering, inventory and waste management, and work well both in a team and independently.

• The work is mainly morning shifts, with the breakfast service starting as early as 5:30 am. Weekend shifts are also a regular part of this role.
• You work excellently both with a team and independently.
• As a Chef you plan together with Sous Chef daily lunch menu & salad buffet.
• Your duties are also ordering the ingredients, inventory and waste management.
