Job summary

Osanyin Bioenergia Oy seeks a senior finance professional to lead financial modelling, financing structures and investor communications for an international renewable-energy investment programme. You will drive CAPEX/OPEX analyses, debt and equity scenarios and oversee financial governance.

The role requires strong corporate- and project-finance experience, ability to negotiate with lenders and investors in English, and willingness to work across Finland and Africa during implementation phases.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITY

• Strong corporate-finance / project-finance background.
• Experience financing major capital projects.
• Excellent financial modelling capability.
• Ability to negotiate with lenders and investors in English.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• International project-finance experience.
• Knowledge of DFI, export credit, climate funds or government financing.
• Energy or infrastructure project experience.

KEY SUCCESS MEASURES

• Financeable project structures.
• Accurate and decision-useful financial models.
• Financing milestones achieved in line with project schedule.

RECRUITMENT PRINCIPLE

We are looking first and foremost for hands‑on implementers with a proven record of taking real industrial or infrastructure projects from planning through procurement, construction, commissioning and operation.

The roles are part of an international renewable‑energy, circular‑economy, biorefining and industrial side‑stream utilisation investment programme with Côte dIvoire as the principal implementation country. The portfolio includes both fast‑start production projects and later large‑scale industrial investments.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

A reasonable level of working English is essential. French language skills are a major advantage.

Employment form, work location and travel requirements will be defined role by role. Some positions may begin in Finland or elsewhere in Europe, but several key roles will require significant presence in Côte dIvoire during implementation phases.
