Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue seeks staff to support residents’ daily living and rehabilitation in Virrenkulma’s residential unit, working in a multi-disciplinary team. The role uses a two-shift pattern, and applicants should be open, development-minded, and hands-on.
Experience with developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities are essential to assist adults with developmental disabilities.
The role supports residents' daily living and rehabilitation in Virrenkulma's residential unit, within a multi-disciplinary team. The job is shift-based with a two-shift pattern. You will need interpersonal and teamwork skills and a customer-oriented approach. We hope applicants approach work with openness and development-mindedness when working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Experience with developmental disabilities is a plus but not a requirement. We will train you. Current nursing license is required if applicable. Virrenkulma provides 18-hour around-the-clock housing and communal living for adults with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum conditions.
