Qualifications

• Master's degree or doctoral-qualifying degree in a relevant discipline.
• Hands-on laboratory experience and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to apply for and join the Faculty's Doctoral Programme.

Responsibilities

• Investigate transcriptional regulation in cardiovascular disease using CRISPR hiPSC cardiomyocyte models.
• Generate CRISPR-mediated loss‑of‑function and knock‑in hiPSC lines and differentiate them into cardiomyocytes.
• Build two- and three-dimensional disease models for mechanistic studies.
• Perform BioID proximity proteomics, ChIP-seq, and gene-expression analyses.
• Analyse data, prepare manuscripts, and present findings.
