Rinta-Joupin Autoliike is looking for fair and motivated car salespeople for their Espoo Koskela location. The role involves both selling and buying used cars, ensuring a high-quality customer experience from the first contact to the delivery of the vehicle. The ideal candidate is competitive, goal-oriented, and a natural communicator across phone, face-to-face, and messaging channels. Experience in automotive sales is a plus, but a positive attitude is the deciding factor.

Position offers a commission-based salary model with a base salary of 1,000€ and strong back-office support, plus access to a large inventory of over 5,000 vehicles.

Work schedule: at least five days a week, with the option for six days for additional compensation. Weekday hours are 10:00-18:00 and Saturdays 10:00-16:00.
