Job summary

SAKA Finland Oy in Vantaa is hiring four permanent salespeople to join our Varisto team. You will negotiate with customers, price used cars, and close deals across a nationwide inventory with strong support from a sales team and staff.

Starting with Sakademy START days in Helsinki, the role requires fluent Finnish, a valid driving license, and clean credit history. Base pay is 700 €/month with commission potential, and earnings can reach 4,000–10,000 € monthly depending on performance.

Job description

Join Finland's largest used car network. Sakalla is seeking four new permanent salespeople at our Varisto, Vantaa location as part of our growth. We train you to be at the top of the automotive field; no prior auto industry experience is required. You will be responsible for negotiating with customers, pricing used cars, and closing deals across a wide nationwide inventory. You will not work alone; you’ll have a sales team, automotive sales assistants, management, and administrative staff supporting you.

Your work week is 37.5 hours, store hours are weekdays 10:00–18:00 and Saturdays 10:00–16:00. The role requires fluent Finnish, a valid B-category driving license, and clean credit history. Starting with Sakademy START days in Helsinki.

Salary comprises a base of 700 €/month with commission, with potential monthly earnings from 4000 to 10000 € depending on performance.
