Job summary

CTS Group is recruiting an experienced Campus HSE Lead (Data Centers) to join our team in Seinäjoki, Finland. You will provide senior HSE leadership across the campus, overseeing Project HSE Leads and their teams to ensure safety, quality and environmental performance on large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects.

You will work closely with project leadership, HSE teams, subcontractors and client representatives to drive HSE strategy, governance and continuous improvement across the wider

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related field.
• NEBOSH or ISO 45001 qualification desirable.
• Significant senior HSE leadership experience in construction or mission-critical environments.
• Experience leading HSE across large-scale, multi-project campuses.
• Fluent English; Finnish knowledge desirable.

• Support and oversee Project HSE Leads and teams.
• Drive HSE strategy, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the wider campus.
