Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor (Data Centres) to join our Seinäjoki team. This site-based role focuses on promoting health, safety, and environmental compliance across large hyperscale data centre projects.

You will report to the Project HSE Manager and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 or equivalent qualification desirable.
• 3–5 years' site-based HSE experience in construction, industrial or mission-critical environments.
• Experience with hazard identification, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Proven ability to carry out site inspections, audits and safety observations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across site operations.
• Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure safe work practices.
• Deliver inductions and toolbox talks and engage positively with site teams.
• Support incident investigations and safety observations in a proactive manner.

CTS Group is currently recruiting experienced HSE Advisors (Data Centres) to join our growing team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects in Seinäjoki, Finland. The Role

Reporting to the Project HSE Manager, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across site operations. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role where you will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures and local legislation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or a related discipline
• NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 or equivalent qualification desirable

• Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessments and incident investigations
• HSE Advisors (Data Centres) with experience carrying out site inspections, audits and safety observations
• Ability to deliver inductions, toolbox talks and engage positively with site teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive approach with the confidence to challenge unsafe behaviours
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and digital HSE reporting systems
• Fluent English essential
• Previous experience on Data Centre projects would be a distinct advantage
• Knowledge of Finnish HSE legislation desirable
