Job summary

Mehiläinen Group in Helsinki is seeking a Business Analyst Trainee / Business Controller Trainee for 2027. The role targets university students pursuing a Master’s degree, with opportunities to move into international assignments and a path from full-time three-month periods to part-time arrangements during studies.

You will join the Business Control teams and support business management with high-quality analyses and reporting, including Power BI solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Master's student in Economics or Technology with excellent academic record.
• Interest in healthcare and social care industry and business development.
• Strong collaboration and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical skills and quick learner; motivation to develop financial modelling.
• Power BI, SQL and AI tools are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support business management as part of the Business Control team.
• Produce high-quality analyses and reporting solutions to support decision-making.
• Develop Power BI solutions for Finland and internationally; participate in related projects.
