Job summary

If Insurance is seeking a MarTech Platform Enablement Specialist to scale adoption of Bloomreach Engagement across the Nordics. You will connect platform capabilities with business needs and practical ways of working.

You will build end-user communities, provide training, and govern shared resources across markets while ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance. This hybrid role offers collaboration with IT, marketing, analytics, and data teams and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a platform enablement, key-user, system administration, MarTech, CRM or related role.
• Hands-on experience with Bloomreach CDP is a strong advantage.
• Ability to translate platform capabilities into valuable business use cases.
• Strong communication and governance skills with a structured approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Bloomreach Engagement by translating platform capabilities into use cases.
• Build an active end-user community through onboarding, training, coaching, and demonstrations.
• Help users understand new features, data capabilities, and effective applications.
• Review implementations and recommend improvements based on guidelines and UX principles.
• Establish scalable governance, templates, naming practices, and reusable resources.
• Support lifecycle governance to keep resources structured across markets.
• Provide guidance on privacy, consent, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as first point of contact for functional questions and coordinate escalation.
• Collaborate to identify opportunities to improve platform experience and time-to-market.
