Job summary

Elusav Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a BIM Lead based in Helsinki to manage BIM strategy, governance, and coordination for a major Data Center project. You will drive BEP development, model standards, and multidisciplinary collaboration across MEP and architectural teams.

The role requires leadership experience, strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM for fabrication. Experience with GMP/GxP and regulated environments is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a BIM/lead role within construction or data center projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain BEP aligned with ISO 19650 and client standards.
• Define model authoring standards, naming conventions, LOD/LOI, data exchange protocols.
• Lead BIM coordination across MEP, architectural, structural and process models.
• Oversee vendor/model reviews, clash detection and model validation.
• Interface with clients, design consultants, equipment vendors and subcontractors.
