Job summary

CapMan is seeking an Analyst to join the Business Intelligence team as a temporary family leave substitute. You will work on automating internal and external reporting for funds across private equity, infrastructure, natural capital and real estate, while contributing to data management planning and maintenance.

You will collaborate with European investment teams, gain exposure to alternative investment operations, and leverage Excel and Power BI tools in a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

Higher education in finance/economics/engineering or nearing completion.
Experience in finance or business intelligence is preferred.
Advanced Excel, Power BI, ETL processes and databases familiarity.
Interest in applying AI tools to improve processes.

Responsibilities

Developing, automating, and assisting with reporting of private equity, infrastructure, natural capital and real estate funds.
Plan and develop data management and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with investment teams across Europe to understand operations of investment funds.
