Job summary

CapMan is seeking an Analyst to join the Business Intelligence team as a temporary family leave substitute in Helsinki. You will help automate reporting for CapMan's funds, support data management, and work with investment teams across Europe in a data-driven environment.

The role emphasizes Excel and Power BI, ETL and databases, with opportunities to apply AI tools and gain exposure to alternative investments. This hybrid position offers central office location with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Higher education in finance/economics/engineering or in final stages of study.
• Gained work experience in finance or BI is a plus.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, ETL processes and databases.
• Interest in applying AI tools to improve processes.
• Strong numerical accuracy and time management.
• Fluency in English; Nordic languages or German are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and assist with reporting of CapMan funds (private equity, infrastructure, natural capital, real estate).
• Participate in planning and development of data management and maintenance.
• Collaborate with European investment teams within CapMan Group.
