Job summary

Evitec Solutions in Finland is seeking an Azure Cloud Architect to strengthen our Azure practice for financial sector customers. You will design enterprise Azure platforms, landing zones, governance, and cost optimization while mentoring peers and supporting pre-sales.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture.
• Design enterprise-scale Azure platforms and landing zones.
• Strong governance, security architecture, and operating models knowledge.
• Experience with Entra ID, identity governance, RBAC/PIM, Conditional Access, privileged access.
• Experience with Azure Policy, Management Groups, and subscription governance.
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform and/or Bicep.
• Understanding of platform engineering, DevOps, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale Azure architectures, landing zones, and cloud platforms.
• Define cloud governance, security, and operating models.
• Lead architecture decisions and cloud standards and guardrails.
• Guide customers in cloud adoption, modernization, and transformation.
• Implement governance controls using policy-as-code approaches.
• Ensure security, GDPR, DORA compliance in solutions.
• Drive FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
• Mentor colleagues and support pre-sales activities.
