As a Lead Engineer, you will have a key role in implementing automation design and engineering in demanding process industry projects. You'll leverage your expertise to guide and mentor the automation design team, collaborating closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders across various engineering disciplines throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial studies and basic engineering to detailed design, implementation, and commissioning. The position will be located in Kilpilahti, Porvoo. We provide a free commuter bus service from Helsinki and nearby regions to Kilpilahti. Partial remote working is also possible.

experience in process automation engineering (10+ years)
knowledge of DCS and SIS automation systems and control engineering
M.Sc. or B.Sc. in engineering or other applicable field
self-initiative and solution‑seeking attitude
excellent team working skills
ability to speak and write in English
