Job summary

Wendy's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-energy restaurant team in a fast-paced setting. You will support the GM in daily operations, drive sales, ensure food safety, and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing with private transportation access.
• Consent to background screening.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations and financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules and staffing needs.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team members.

• Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations.
