Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week with rotating shifts incl weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• HS diploma or equivalent; possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Support health and safety inspections and standards.
